As part of the Mount Morgan Water Pipeline upgrade, Trafford Civil was responsible for the installation of 11 km of 250 mm Ductile Iron Cement Lined (D.I.C.L.) water main. The project required detailed planning and execution across varied terrain, with a strong emphasis on durability, hydraulic performance, and long-term service reliability.

Trafford Civil was engaged to deliver a 10 km water main extension across regional NSW, comprising extensive polyethylene pipeline installation works. The scope included the installation of multiple stop, scour, and air valves, as well as the installation of precast water main pits. Trafford Civil also engaged its own specialist polywelding team to undertake all polyethylene pipe welding works for the project.
